Great service . . . I was replacing a pair of shoes from a brand Fleet Feet Doesn't carry. The salesperson went above and beyond including research online to figure out the specifics of my old shoe so she could recommend a good replacement. It worked and I'm very happy with what I bought.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but had the best experience! I believe the person who helped me was named Jackson (possibly Clarkson...I really wish I'd written it down!). He did the whole analysis of my feet/gait and made great recommendations. Was not pushy at ALL, I did not feel rushed but he was very efficient! I was in and out of there with new running shoes in about 20-25 minutes total. Most importantly, I learned SO much about proper shoe fit -- I really appreciated all of the time he spent explaining things to me and making personalized recommendations. He was even familiar with the race I'm training for and provided a little dose of encouragement! The best!!!

Kate was awesome to work with and she was knowledgeable. Since I’m looking to get back into running, she offered varying solutions and addressed any concerns by suggesting different shoes. Overall, it was a great experience and I will return for my next pair.

My partner and I recently visited this Fleet Feet location with an eye toward picking some decent, supportive footwear for our adventures, and I was beyond impressed by the staff and couldn't have wished for a more positive experience. We were greeted and assisted by CJ, who walked us through a foot and gait analysis (which was an INCREDIBLY insightful experience) and helped up try on several pair of shoes, informed by the results of our analysis. CJ answered every question we had, never once made us feel uninformed, and never tried to upsell us on anything. We each walked out with a pair of shoes and I've never before felt so confident in a footwear purchase. Thank you, Fleet Feet, for such a great experience. We'll definitely be back - and whatever CJ is being paid, it needs a bump.

Went to get a new pair of running shoes with my wife. Alex was super helpful in trying various brands, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Got a new pair of kayano 32! Come by here and Alex will be very helpful!

I visited Fleet Feet in Gaithersburg today with my mother, who’s been experiencing knee pain. We were helped by Zenia, and I have to say — this was an exceptional experience. Honestly, I was skeptical about the whole premise and technology behind Fleet Feet at first. But Zenia took the time to walk us through everything with care, patience, and a polite, professional attitude. She performed the foot scan analysis and explained the results thoroughly, including how my mother's walking impacts different joints and bones. What really stood out was that Zenia never pressured us into buying anything, unlike many other retail experiences. She offered thoughtful recommendations, encouraged my mom to try on different shoes, and made sure she genuinely felt comfortable in them. She also suggested insoles that could help with her other shoes. Thanks to Zenia, what started as a skeptical visit turned into a truly positive one. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d highly recommend Fleet Feet Gaithersburg to others. My mother left with the Brooks Glycerin 22! Thank you, Zenia!

When the latest Brooks - ordered online- failed me, I went here on 1/1 and was immediately greeted by Jewel - who provided excellent customer service! She listened to what I was looking for, what issues I have, and what has worked before. Then measured my feet, reviewed it with me, then selected several shoes and inserts to try. Similar to other customers’ experience, I did not feel pressured at all to hurry up or purchase anything. It was a really positive experience overall. Now I’ve got two pairs of running shoes to alternate- and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jewel!

I barely waited while I was there and the salesperson (I’m so bad with names) helping me was absolutely amazing. He was so patient and kind. He even talked to me like we have known each other for years. He even fitted me for insoles and recommended better socks and snacks to try for running and rehydrating. I absolutely loved my experience and will be back for more shoes for more runs!

Zenia was incredibly informative, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right product. She took the time to explain options, answer questions thoroughly, and make sure we understood what would work best for our needs. Although the store didn’t carry the specific item we were looking for and we’ll be ordering it online, the level of service Zenia provided was exceptional. She absolutely deserves 5 stars for her professionalism, knowledge, and customer care. You truly don’t encounter associates like her very often.
